In this session, Dr. Hatim Abdulhussein will provide an overview of the NHSs relationship with AI so far, highlighting the taxonomies, spread and workforce impact of the technology as well as the priority areas going forward. The session will also touch briefly on the proposed impact of frontier AI tools, and the need to build guardrails around this with an example of an innovation case study from Health Innovation Kent Surrey Sussex.
