In this session I will be exploring what values-based practice is, I will begin by asking the delegates to think about what their own values are and then considering how these influence their decision-making.
I will move on then to explore values-based practice within healthcare in general, and then apply this to radiography.
With the use of examples and scenarios I hope to illustrate how important it is to consider the values of the service user when planning imaging and treatment.
