QSI is a patient-focused accreditation standard that ensures patients consistently receive high-quality imaging services, delivered by competent staff working in safe environments. The Royal College of Radiologists and the College of Radiographers have developed the standard, and have appointed UKAS, the National Accreditation Body, to undertake assessments for the QSI scheme.
Supported by NHS England and recognised by the CQC, UKAS accreditation against the QSI standard gives confidence to patients, commissioners and staff about safety, effectiveness and sustainability. UKAS accreditation is available to public and private organisations across the UK.
