Lucy George is the Head of Business Innovation for the Oncology division at AstraZeneca and is responsible for implementing AstraZeneca’s digital and business innovation strategy. 

She leads a team that are focussed on bringing AstraZeneca to the forefront of healthcare transformation by harnessing the potential of digitalisation and delivering industry leading programmes aimed that impact different points of the patient pathway. 

Lucy has been with AstraZeneca since 2022. In her previous companies Lucy has held roles of increasing responsibility that include leading Country Brand Lead and Head of Digital Marketing.
