Nirav is the Clinical IT lead for Cellular Pathology at Derbyshire Pathology. Following the successful recent implementation of a new LIMS system, he is overseeing the roll-out of the digital pathology system. Nirav is also a member of the core management group and AI working group for PathLake Plus.

Currently, Nirav sits on the Royal College of Pathologists Working Group on Cancer Services and is treasurer elect for the British Association of Gynaecological Pathologists.

Nirav received an MBA from the London Business School and has spent time in banking, Healthcare and Life Sciences venture capital analysing businesses for investment opportunities. His interests include operational management and workflow in healthcare.
