Professor Sanjay Gandhi is the Research & Innovation Lead for Core Clinical Service at North Bristol NHS Trust and the Lead for Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging at the University of Bristol. In his 35-year medical career spanning over the UK, Indian and the USA healthcare sectors, Prof. Gandhi has won several outstanding achievement awards for his contributions to Healthcare Innovations and Medical Education. Times TV Network honoured him as a ‘Global Academic Icon’ and the British Medical Association as a ‘Highly Commended Editor’.

For the past two decades, he has been at the forefront of the development of Computer-Aided Cancer Detection and other AI tools. Prof. Gandhi is a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and highly regarded advisor who has assisted numerous medium-to-large multinational organisations in improving their product design, efficiency and marketing plans. His expertise has facilitated businesses in the development of innovative products and successful market expansions worldwide.

Professor Gandhi is President/Chair of several National and International Scholarly Organisations. Professor Gandhi has Co-authored/Edited 9 award-winning medical textbooks and developed iPhone teaching Apps. He has contributed to the development of the UK’s National Imaging Guidelines and sits on the Editorial Boards of four peer-reviewed medical Journals. Prof. Gandhi has a career-long interest in improving patient care and efficiency and has published several research papers and Editorials on the use of high-tech medicine and Artificial Intelligence (AI), to improve healthcare.
