Sharon qualified as a diagnostic radiographer from City, University of London in 2010 and has worked extensively in all imaging modalities, particularly interventional radiology and RIS/PACS. Her clinical experience is supported by an MSc in Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences with distinction from the University of Hertfordshire in 2020. Since early 2021, Sharon has been a Senior Research Radiographer in the multi-disciplinary Artificial Intelligence Imaging Hub at The Royal Marsden Hospital. This role includes researching, trialling and implementing AI applications in imaging. Sharon is passionate about educating and supporting radiographers to allow them to bring their unique skills and perspective to the development and implementation of AI.
